1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Forzelite governing your access to and use of our platform, websites, and applications (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law;
- upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
- reverse engineer or resell the Services without authorization.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Services. Our processing of personal data within Customer Data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by us, are owned by Forzelite and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will handle Customer Data in accordance with our agreements and Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Forzelite does not provide medical advice; performance and recovery insights are informational and should not replace professional judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forzelite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable order or agreement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
